These Terms of Service govern the use of the website getsundly.com as well as the purchase of products offered by Sundly, a brand operated by Parallel World Ltd.
1. Legal information

2. Products
Our products are food supplements, described and presented as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, appearance, or finish may occur depending on your screen display or the production batch. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant women or for smokers. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of young children.
3. Orders
Any order placed on getsundly.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. After your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Sundly reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of previous disputes or suspicion of fraud.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout, in the applicable currency, before your order is confirmed.
- Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.
- No bank card data is stored on our servers.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is handled by partner logistics providers.
- Delivery times are indicative, but we do our best to respect them.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Please consult our Refund & Return Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food supplements cannot be returned. UK customers benefit from the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, subject to the hygiene exemption for sealed goods that have been opened.
7. Liability
Sundly shall not be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the products, from misuse of the products by the customer, or from the temporary unavailability of the website.
8. Intellectual property
All elements of the website (texts, graphics, logos, photos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Sundly / Parallel World Ltd.
