Refund policy

At Sundly, your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return conditions – Sundly is a food supplement (an ingestible product). For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened or started products cannot be returned or refunded. – Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. – Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to request a return – Contact support@getsundly.com as soon as possible with your order number and the reason for your return. – We'll provide a return address. Do not send a return to an unconfirmed address — unauthorized returns aren't eligible for a refund. – Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-refundable: opened/used/damaged products · items missing from a bundle · gift cards.

UK customers: your 14-day statutory right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations) applies; for hygiene reasons, sealed goods opened after delivery are exempt from the right to return.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant women or for smokers.
