At Sundly, we do everything possible to prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible, with the greatest care.

Processing time

All orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 72 business hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery times

– United States: 7 to 10 business days
– United Kingdom: 7 to 10 business days
– Other destinations: estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number is automatically sent to you by email so you can follow your parcel.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout. They may be offered free of charge above a certain order amount or as part of temporary promotions.

Shipping address

It is the customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the delivery information provided at checkout. Sundly cannot be held responsible for an input error resulting in a delay or failed delivery.
