Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sundly, your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return conditions
– Sundly is a food supplement (an ingestible product). For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened or started products cannot be returned or refunded.
– Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to request a return
– Contact our support at support@getsundly.com as soon as possible, including your order number and the reason for your return.
– We will provide you with a return address. Please do not send any return to an address we have not confirmed; unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund.
– Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Non-refundable
– Opened, used, or damaged products.
– Items missing from a bundle.
– Gift cards.
UK customers
Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations applies. For hygiene reasons, sealed goods that have been opened after delivery are exempt from the right to return.

Sundly Glow Gummies are manufactured in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility and are Halal certified. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant women or for smokers.
